Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from perfume, smoke, or visible wear.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
